The customer reserves the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and to be refunded the corresponding amount of the order. A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is the product and the packaging that accompanies it to be in excellent condition, without the slightest use of it and to be accompanied by the purchase document or a copy. In any other case the company reserves the right not to approve the right to change or return the product.
In case of change, the customer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the products and the new shipment is made FREE OF CHARGE. The company will not accept any return incurred on shipping costs and is made with a courier company other than ACS.
(Monday-Wednesday-Saturday 9:00 to 14:30, Tuesday-Thursday-Friday 9:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00) within the above deadline and to inform us about the new product he wishes. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, the difference in value will be credited, while if the price is higher, the payment of the resulting difference will be charged to the new shipment.
Any refund will be accepted upon receipt and inspection of the products by the company. Once the receipt has been made and it has been established that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), the service department will inform the customer by e-mail or telephone about the processing procedure. Refunds are made within fifteen (15) business days in the same way the purchase was made: if the payment was made by credit or debit card, the amount is credited to the card with which the purchase was made, if the payment was made via Paypal the amount is credited to Paypal and if the payment has been made by cash on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made by deposit in a bank account that you indicate to us. All returns made by bank transfer are processed through a web banking process from our account at Piraeus Bank and our company does not incur any bank charges.
In case the return is not made within the period provided or some of the return conditions are not met, www.kalbarishairproducts.gr reserves the right not to accept back the products and not to proceed with their replacement / refund.
RETURN PRODUCT POLICY
Every order sent by www.kalbarishairproducts.gr is thoroughly checked, however there is always the possibility of human error. In the event that the reason for the return of the products concerns a mistake of the company or a defective product, the cost of returning the product is borne by itself, provided that the return will be made by the courier company that will indicate to you.
Defective products are those that have been damaged upon receipt or those that have a proven and obvious manufacturing error. Products that show damage due to use and wear, are not considered defective and the company is not obliged in any case to replace them.
All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product if available, otherwise the customer can choose any other item. However, the company reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint is real. The user will be informed about the progress of his complaint.
Upon return and new shipment of defective products, the customer is not charged any shipping costs.
If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.

Delay in receipt
If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, the customer will be informed by e-mail, in order to state if he wishes, in these circumstances, the checkout.
